Eating Clean 2017

Eating Clean at Nourish With Any Diet

The New Year is essentially a Monday on crack. The marker of a fresh start, to be your best self. Many people don't like resolutions, but any time you spend reflecting how you can live the life you'd be happiest living, then why not set some intentions? Of course, eating healthier is typically high on the resolution list. We want to encourage you to not think about counting calories or losing weight, but to think about eating clean. Pump your body full of nutrients so you feel vibrant every day and avoid preservatives and processed foods.  When you eat clean, whole foods you will feel better, your skin will glow, your energy will dramatically increase, your moods won't fluctuate and hormones will balance.  That's what we pride ourselves on at Nourish...every single ingredient is carefully selected, everything is made from scratch and every meal has superfoods. It doesn't matter if you're Paleo, doing a Whole 30 challenge, vegan, on a juice cleanse or just love fueling your body with organic, unprocessed food... Nourish has you covered. Because so many people set diet goals we want to let you know which entrees are Whole 30 compliant, vegan or how to make them so. (remember everything at Nourish is free of gluten, refined sugar, soy, corn, GMO's,  mostly organic and locally sourced whenever possible.  Thank you for taking care of the one body you were given and letting Nourish...well nourish you. What is Paleo?

Eating Paleo has many of the same do and don't have Whole30? The Whole30 program encourages no slip up's with the intention to finding possible food intolerances through elimination. Paleo is considered to be a lifestyle rather than a diet. Paleo (like Whole30) focuses on unprocessed, whole, nutrient dense foods, prioritizing grass fed, pastured meats and eggs, wild caught seafood, vegetables, nuts, fruit, and seeds. You'll see a few more Paleo options on our menu (especially under smoothies, drinks, and deserts) because natural sweeteners like maple syrup, honey and stevia are allowed.
